I am a bridge-builder by nature and I strive for consensus so I am always willing
to work across political lines. But at heart I am a Liberal. I believe the Liberal
Party has stayed true to the democratic principles upon which it was founded. It
is the party that truly listens to Ontarians and that is important to me.
Under Kathleen
Wynne’s leadership, the party has also demonstrated its commitment both to fiscal
responsibility and to social justice. I share those values because I believe the
economy will flourish when all Ontarians have the opportunity to contribute to our
collective prosperity. I am committed to listening to and reflecting the voice of
our community.
WHAT I STAND FOR
As a community organizer and advocate for over 30 years, I have worked on issues including education, youth, employment, seniors, housing, poverty, health care, justice, public safety, transportation, and human rights.
